Plasticman Triathlon

 

The Plasticman Triathlon is a mini-triathlon consisting of running, biking and swimming. Victory is simple, complete all 3 phases of the event in the fastest time. The distances are as follows: Run = 1 mile (10 laps on the track)

                                          Bike = 3 miles (on the stationary bike)

                                          Swim = 10 lengths (5 laps) in the pool

3 bikes will be put aside for the event. The first 3 individuals will be assigned a timer and set their bike up to their liking. The timer will follow the competitor around from event to event to and count laps/miles. When the first 3 participants leave the bike for the pool, the next 3 should be adjusting their bikes. As soon as one participant finishes, the timer will record the time and immediately get the next participant going.

 

Bikes - you may set the seat and resistance wherever you like

Walk-in, same day entries will be accepted.
