Team Dodgeball

Team Dodgeball will be a double elimination tournament.

1. Teams will consist of no more than 8 players. The minimum number to compete is four.

2. If you get hit by the ball, you are out. If you catch the ball, the person who threw the ball is out and one of your eliminated teammates may rejoin the competition.

3. Re-entry of an eliminated teammate will follow the order of elimination. For example, the first person eliminated would be the first to re-enter.

4. A hit to the head does not count towards elimination. If the throw is deemed as malicious, the refs have the right to eject the offender from the game and possibly for the remainder of the tournament.

5. You may use the ball as a shield from other throws.

6. You may not kick the ball.

7. If you cross over your attacking line, you are out.

8. If the ball bounces off of a player and is caught by a teammate, the player hit is out and so is the player who threw the ball.

9. If the ball hits one player and then another before striking the ground, both players are eliminated.

10. A player hit with the ball after it has made contact with the ground is not eliminated.
