A popular destination for students on campus, the Schuster Theatre in Scottino Hall is a multi-form or 'black box' theatre. The Schuster Theatre is home to Gannon's main stage productions, as well as several Alpha Psi Omega workshops and visiting productions every year. Students and members of the Gannon community pack the Schuster to see their friends and family perform.

The layout of the theatre changes for each production, ranging from auditorium or proscenium-style seating, to classic ‘theatre-in-the-round’.

In addition to performing, students participate in all aspects of the preproduction and production process, including technical aspects like lighting, sound design, set construction, scenic painting and graphic design.
