Series Continues with ‘Julius Caesar’
Three free performances to be offered
Local Shakespeare enthusiasts still have a chance to see at Gannon University free performances of Shakespeare.

The University’s sixth annual Shakespeare Summer Nights continues Thursday, July 16 with a performance of a longtime Shakespeare favorite, Julius Caesar. Additional performances will be held Friday and Saturday, July 17-18.

The original political thriller, Caesar chronicles the conspiracy behind the assassination of the Roman dictator, and the aftermath of the crime. The performances are directed by Josh Mizikowski and feature Chris Watson ‘08, Nathan McCarty, Evan O’Polka, Charity Walker, and Brittany Barnebei.

The performances are free and open to the public and will begin at 7 p.m. in the courtyard area of Gannon University’s Robert H. Morosky Academic Center, 150 West 10th St. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs.
