- A: Students are encouraged to seek assistance from the professor of the course in which they are having difficulty. Others who may be helpful are the student's academic advisor, the Academic Advising Center, the Office of New Student Services, the Counseling Office, the Career Development Office, and the Tutorial Services Office.
