    • Q:   Why can't I log into the On-Line Application?
    • A:  

      There could be a variety of reasons why you might be having difficulty. Following are the three most common:

      1. You are not correctly entering the Email Address and/or Password you used to personalize Gannon's website. Both fields are 'case sensitive' meaning you must use the same upper/lower case combinations you used when creating your account on Gannon's website.
      2. You did not complete all '3 steps' of the personalization process before trying to access the On-Line Application. If you only completed Steps 1 or 2, but not 3, 'Log-In' to Gannon's site from our Homepage. Then once on the Undergraduate Admissions 'Start to Finish' page, click the 'Update Your Profile' Tab near the top. Then choose the 'Customize Your Experience' and 'Complete Your Profile' links and complete those pages. Be sure to answer all of the fields on 'Complete Your Profile', not just the 'required' fields.
      3. You might have left some of the fields blank on the third page of the personalization process such as Phone Number, Date of Birth, Social Security, and/or High School. To check, 'Log-In' to Gannon's site from our Homepage. Then once on the Undergraduate Admissions 'Start to Finish' page, click the 'Update Your Profile' Tab near the top. Then choose the 'Complete Your Profile' link and make sure these fields are completed.
