Can I get a degree by taking strictly evening classes?
Yes. You may earn an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in any of the following majors by attending only evening classes:
What is the difference between part-time and full-time attendance?
Part-time study for undergraduate students is considered eleven or fewer credits per semester (generally taking fewer than four courses per semester). Full-time study is twelve or more credits per semester (generally taking four or more courses per semester).
Who should apply through the Center for Adult Learning instead of the Admissions Office?
How can I get an application?
You have several options.
The balance of the tuition will be paid in full within 30 days from the last day of the semester, or the student will be liable for a $50 late fee. Company or grade delays will have no effect on the payment due date. The student will be reimbursed directly from his or her company, and will be responsible for payment of the tuition to Gannon University. If the student withdraws from a course, he or she is responsible for the full amount of tuition and fees charged (not just the initial deposit) in accordance with the published refund policy.
Do part-time students qualify for financial aid?
Qualified part-time students who are taking six credits or more can apply for PHEAA grants, PELL grants, and Federal Stafford Student Loans. Please refer to Financial Facts and Policies for Part-Time Undergraduate Students for details.
