Kenilworth is a unique building consisting of four stacks with two apartments on each of the three floors. These apartments are very spacious and accommodating for those that want to have both roommates and privacy. There is a live-in staff member from the Office of Student Living.
351/353 West 6th (West 6th and Chestnut Streets)
Kenilworth itself is designed in a “U” shape and offers a courtyard to walk through on the way to the main entrances of each stack. The apartments themselves are very spacious and contain at least one kitchen, living room, and bathroom as well as many as four bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a bed, dresser, desk with chair and wardrobe for each resident and in some cases may include a closet as well. Each living room comes with at least a sofa, lounge chair, two end tables, and a coffee table. The kitchens come with a full sized stove and refrigerator and will either have a dinette set or a separate dining room.
There is limited off-street parking behind the building and with key entry to the building, there are additional doors that students may enter the building through. There are two laundry rooms in the basement set up to be free of charge and also includes a vending machine.
