Gannon University Welcomes Prospective Students to Fall Open House

Gannon University will welcome hundreds of high school students,
non-traditional students and their families to campus on Saturday,
October 29 for the annual Fall Open House.
At Open House, prospective students get a first-hand look at
Gannon's programs, campus and people. They will have the
opportunity to meet Gannon students and talk with expert faculty
who provide students with real-world experience and internships
that prepare them to become professionals in their chosen
Open House is an opportunity to learn about Gannon's
undergraduate programs and small class sizes (a 13:1 student-to-
faculty ratio). Prospective students and their parents can connect
with representatives from student life, learning abroad and coaches
from Gannon's 20 varsity sports and 10 club sports teams.
The last few years have seen the addition of several innovative
academic programs. These include biochemistry, forensic science and
the freshwater and marine biology program that is one of only 60
offered in the U.S. Other new programs include industrial
engineering, performance for media and stage, supply chain
management and theatre technologies and design. The growing
healthcare sector of the economy has led to new programs in
