Gannon University Hosts Graduate and Professional School Fair

Representatives of more than 50 colleges, universities and professional schools from Alfred University to Wright State University will be on Gannon University's campus for the Graduate and Professional School Fair on Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event, which will be held in the in the Yehl Room of the Waldron Campus Center, 214 W. Seventh St., last year drew nearly 250 persons interested in graduate and professional programs in the sciences, humanities and professions. They met with representatives to discuss admission requirements, application procedures, career opportunities and financial aid.

The schools represented are located in four states, and a representative will also be on hand with information on graduate programs in the United Kingdom. In addition, Kaplan Test Prep, a leading supplier of test preparation programs for admissions tests, will offer information on their products.

Attendees will be eligible for prize drawings, which last year totaled nearly $1,000.
