Service

Perform a lot of charitable work, especially for a foundation (Shankar Service Foundation - started by my family with the help of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwest PA), in a very poor, rural setting (our ancestral village) in India. The foundation provides health services for free and runs a K-8 school which stresses education for the backward classes and the poor (financial aid is provided to the needy).
