Dr. Courtney Roca has been a faculty member at Gannon University since March 2016. She earned her entry-level DPT degree in 2006 at Marymount University and has additional formal education in vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation. She practiced as a full time clinician for 10 years in both acute care and hospital based outpatient settings. She earned her vestibular certification at Emory University in 2011 and became certified as an ABPTS Neurological Clinical Specialist in 2015. She maintains her professional physical therapy and direct access licenses for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She continues her clinical practice per diem through the Gannon University Physical Rehabilitation Clinic and St. Vincent Rehab Solutions.

Strong research interest for health and wellness programs focused on seniors and individuals with disabilities, the application of the movement system diagnostic process for neurologic PT practice, and the use of fall risk tests and measures.
