My research interests include,

  • Bioinformatics and Computational Biology: Bio-database, Biosystem modeling, Biopathway Mining, Sequences Alignment, Motif Finding, and Microarray Analysis.
  • Computer Science: Database Management System, Data Mining and Pattern Recognition
  • Mathematical Modeling: Graph Theory, Combinatorics and Bayesian Modeling
