    No matter what major you are interested in, Gannon has possibilities for you. A key part of deciding which college to go to is finding a good fit.     Admitted High School Seniors

    Admitted Student Days (Select Fridays in March and April)

    Have you already made up your mind to attend Gannon and can’t wait to get started? Or are you still considering your college choice and need more information before you make up your mind?  Either way, you can learn about Gannon and meet future classmates at one of our Admitted Student Days.   At Gannon's Admitted Student Day you will:

    • Learn more about how advising and class registration work at Gannon
    • Find out about summer orientation and the housing selection process
    • Get details about financial aid and scholarships
    • Hear current GU students talk about student life
    • Attend a class in your proposed major of study
    • Enjoy lunch with faculty and see first-hand the enthusiasm for their academic programs

    Admitted Student Saturdays (April 2 or April 9)

    Can’t make it on a weekday?  Then try one of our Saturday sessions for Admitted Students.  These Saturday sessions provide all of the same great information just with a little tweak in the schedule of events.  Register for a date below:

    “OverKnight” Visits

    We invite any accepted student to spend the “knight” with us! You will have the opportunity to:

    • Stay in a residence hall with a current student
    • Attend class in your proposed major of study
    • Enjoy lunch in Gannon’s Beyer Hall cafeteria
    • Meet with faculty from your program of study (advance notice required)
    • Consult with a financial aid representative (must have FAFSA on file)
    • …and more!

    Space is limited and all overnight stays require two weeks advance notice. Register for one of the dates below.

    Knight in Your Neighborhood

    For accepted and deposited students, we invite you to enjoy a night all about Gannon, but in your home region! These evenings are designed to be fun and relaxing while allowing for students and parents to engage in conversations with other future Gannon students from your local area, current Gannon students, Gannon alumni and Gannon admissions representatives. We've chosen fun venues with great atmospheres and even better food - on Gannon's tab! Please select the appropriate city and date below to register for the event.

    Alumni Knight in Your Neighborhood

    If you are an alumni of Gannon and are interested in participating in one of the Knight in Your Neighborhood events, please RSVP by sending an email the admissions department with your name, contact information and one of the cities mentioned above where you will be attending the event.

    Spring Preview Day Open House (April 23)

     For high school students, transfer students, adult students and graduate students.

    Want to get an introduction to college life? Hoping to find out more about the different academic programs that exist? Wondering what your next step is after college graduation? Eager to speak with faculty and administration?  Curious about where to begin?  Gannon University's Spring Preview Day Open House is designed just for you! This spring session will help you find out what makes Gannon unique and provide helpful tips and hints as you begin this important next step in your education. 

    What can you expect?

    Upcoming Events

    Academic Program Days (Fall 2016)

    Gannon offers academic program days during the fall semester which are structured to give you a first-hand look at each of our academic colleges individually and to explore more in depth the programs that each college offers.  Specific academic program days will be held for the College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences; the College of Engineering and Business; and for the Morosky College of Health Professions and Sciences.  Registration for these events will open in September 2016.
