Real Estate Courses
Gannon offers two non-credit courses to prepare students for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's License Exam. The two courses -- Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice -- have been approved by the State Real Estate Commission to meet the 60 hours of instruction needed before an individual can sit for the exam.
