Real Estate Courses

  • We’ll Help you Reach your Career Goals – Short- or Long-term

Gannon University offers two non-credit courses during the summer to prepare students for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's License Exam. Both 10-week courses -- Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice -- have been approved by the State Real Estate Commission to meet the 60 hours of instruction needed before an individual can sit for the exam. You choose the order you wish to take the courses or both can be taken concurrently in the same term. If both courses are taken in the same term, a discounted price is available.

The same book is used for both courses -- Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 10th Edition (ISBN 0793196264). In addition a Hewlett Packard 10BII calculator is required. The book and calculator should be purchased before the first day of class. A limited number will be available at the Gannon Bookstore.
