The faculty members teaching in the Master of Public
Administration Online program at Gannon University are
committed to service through a public-focused education. The
faculty has experience in the arenas of national, local and state
government, nonprofits, as well as the private sector; working
together to offer an intensive vantage point of public
administration that is pragmatic, yet innovative.
As a student in the program, you will have the opportunity to
acquire knowledge from these field experts.
Dr. Messina is Professor of Marketing and Director of the MBA
and MPA programs at Gannon University. He earned the BSBA at John
Carroll University, the MBA at Youngstown University, and the PhD
at Kent State University.
Dr. Alexander is an adjunct instructor in the Dahlkemper School
of Business. He earned a BA at Beloit College, the MPA at Arizona
State University and the PhD at Northern Illinois University.
Dr. Bloodworth is Associate Professor of History and Chair of
the Department of History & Archaeology at Gannon. He earned a
BA and MA in History from Missouri State University and the PhD in
Modern US Political History from Ohio University.
Dr. Brownlee is Assistant Professor and the Director of the
Sport Management and Marketing program at Gannon University. Dr.
Brownlee serves as the thesis supervisor for the MPA and MBA
Dr. Grulke is an adjunct instructor in the Dahlkemper School of
Business. He earned an MS from City University, an MA and the PhD
from Washington State University.
Atty. Nietupski is an adjunct instructor in the Dahlkemper School of Business. He earned a BSBA at John Carroll University and the JD from Duquesne University.
