GU Undergraduate Requirements

Achieve a minimum SAT score of 1150 (out of 1600 math and critical reading) or ACT composite score of 25
Achieve a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale
Be ranked in the top 25% of the high school class
Complete four years of science courses and four years of math courses at the high school level
Provide evidence of scholarly, professional and personal potential and a desire to become an osteopathic physician

PCOM Requirements

Students who meet all entry requirements listed below will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. A maximum of 10 students will be accepted into this program each year; at their discretion, PCOM may allow additional students entry into the program.

Successfully complete the course requirements for PCOM
Earn an overall GPA of 3.0 through the junior year for the “4+4” program OR 3.2 through the sophomore year for the “3+4” program
Earn a minimum score of seven (7) in each section on the MCAT (students are encouraged to score higher in order to be competitive for admission)
Submit an application to PCOM through AACOMAS no later than mid-January the year the student plans to matriculate to PCOM
Successfully complete a personal interview with PCOM
