Recent graduates of the sport management and marketing program are employed with several sports-related organizations such as the Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Pirates, Memphis Redbirds, Erie SeaWolves, Erie Otters and Erie Bayhawks. Gannon is part of a pilot sales training program with the Pittsburgh Pirates, providing students real-world experience with a leading sports franchise. Sport management and marketing students have the opportunity to learn about sustainability in sports by working at the annual MLB All-Star Game. Students can also learn about the Olympic bid process by participating in the annual learning abroad experience to Beijing and Shanghai, China.
